We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- We cannot accept returns of any opened products for health and safety reasons.
If you choose to return your order for any reason other than damage or defect:
- You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Please ensure items are packed securely to avoid damage in transit.
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@tucksbrewery.com with your order number and reason for return.
Then we will instruct you to mail your return item to:

Delivery times for exchanged items may vary depending on location.
If you are returning a valuable item, we recommend a trackable service or shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned items.
Damaged or Faulty Goods
We’re so sorry if your order arrives damaged or isn’t quite right - we know how disappointing that can be!
Please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help. We may ask for a few photos of the damaged item to help us understand what went wrong. Once we’ve seen the photos, we’ll be happy to send you a replacement right away, and we’ll cover any delivery costs involved.
Please note that we’re only able to offer replacements (not refunds) for damaged or faulty items. Refunds are usually processed within 5 working days.
Cancellations & Order Changes
You may cancel or make changes to your order any time before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellations or changes cannot be made.
